• ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup brown rice syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut butter
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp spirulina
  • ¾ cups dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp almond (or rice) milk

  1. Combine almond butter, syrup, and coconut butter in a saucepan and heat over very low heat until just melted.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
  3. Pat into an 8 X 8 inch pan
  4. Meanwhile, melt chocolate in a double boiler with milk. Pour and spread over bars.
  5. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
  6. Cut into small bars.
