- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup brown rice syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut butter
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp spirulina
- ¾ cups dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp almond (or rice) milk
- Combine almond butter, syrup, and coconut butter in a saucepan and heat over very low heat until just melted.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Pat into an 8 X 8 inch pan
- Meanwhile, melt chocolate in a double boiler with milk. Pour and spread over bars.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Cut into small bars.
