• 4 dates soaked in hot water
  • 6 oz vanilla soy or almond milk
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 shake of cinnamon
  1. Soak the dates in hot water for 5 minutes.
  2. Put the milk, soaked dates and banana in the blender and blend.
  3. Add the almond butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon and blend for about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
