- 4 dates soaked in hot water
- 6 oz vanilla soy or almond milk
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 shake of cinnamon
- Soak the dates in hot water for 5 minutes.
- Put the milk, soaked dates and banana in the blender and blend.
- Add the almond butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon and blend for about 2 minutes.
- Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
