“Pumpkin seeds are a great source of omega essential fatty acids. Along with balancing hormone levels, essential fatty acids are known to help your skin glow.”
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup fresh pitted dates (I just use 3 dates)
½ vanilla bean (slice pod open and scrape the inside)
pinch sea salt
4 cups water
1 TBSP blackstrap molasses (optional…I add this to increase iron content)
1 tsp cinnamon (optional…a nice addition)
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour liquid through a nut bag for a smoother consistency.
Will keep for four days in the fridge.
