1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup Bragg’s (or tamari)

1/3 cup tahini

1/2 cup olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1 TBSP raw onion, minced

1 TBSP pure maple syrup

1/4 cup of water (if making dressing)

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Delicious over roasted vegetables!
