Reiki Level I trainings are available at your convenience. If you and a friend or two are interested in joining me to learn more about this beautiful healing modality, please be in touch to book your one day workshop. The day includes an overview of the history of Reiki, an exploration of the cakra system, an introduction to self-treatment, and an opportunity to practice and receive. Guided visualizations and meditations will also be part of the day.
